Yeaseul Kim

Yeaseul Kim is a Korean-American scientist trainee who researches oncolytic virotherapy as a research associate at Nationwide Children’s Hospital. She has published some of her work as the first author of an original research article and co-author of several others and intends to contribute to the scientific community with several more publications before moving onto her next aspiration of practicing medicine and helping combat social disparity by targeting injustice in healthcare. Yeaseul is passionate about advocating for the underserved and excluded and is excited to combine this pursuit with her love for medicine to help the world become more just.

Outside the lab and clinic, Yeaseul enjoys spending quality time with her friends/chosen family, singing, watching food content, and loving on her cat.
