Xavier Frank

Xavier Frank (he/him) is an attorney at Fenwick & West LLP, where he advises clients on investment vehicle structuring, investor negotiations and securities law and equity-related matters.

As a Black, gay, first-generation college and law student, Xavier appreciates the moxie required to navigate historically exclusionary institutions with little support or resources, so he seeks to remove social, political and legal barriers through his pro bono practice. For example, he co-authored a bill creating Boston City Council’s police oversight board and serves as an Advisory Board Member to One Justice, a non-profit bolstering access to legal services. As a NLC Fellow, Xavier is excited to explore how the venture capital ecosystem can best support marginalized communities.

Prior to attending law school, Xavier was a Capitol Fellow and legislative analyst. He attended UCLA and Boston University School of Law. Xavier recharges by working out, traveling and connecting with family and friends.
