Xavier Blackwell

Xavier Blackwell is a Motivational Speaker, entrepreneur, and student affairs professional speaking and presenting nationwide. A proud business owner, Xavier Blackwell started his company Newstead Global in October of 2017. Newstead Global focuses on the success of international students at the intercollegiate level. Through trainings and leadership workshops, Newstead Global trains and coaches international students on how to pursue more abundant, successful, and overall happier experiences while traveling abroad to pursue their educations. Also a current professional in higher education, Xavier serves as the Leadership Education Coordinator for the Office of Student Involvement at the University of Missouri- St. Louis. Xavier has held several positions in student affairs, starting his professional career in Housing and Residence Life for Eastern Illinois University in 2008. In 2010 Xavier traveled east to the University of Pittsburgh where he served for 5 years with the Pittsburgh Panthers, in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Xavier Blackwell is currently working on his PhD in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies. A St. Louis, Missouri native, Xavier is a proud graduate of Vianney High School, class of 2004. His mission is to make a positive difference in as many lives as possible, and to leave a meaningful legacy grounded in Christ, for our world.
