An educator, changemaker, and innovator from Miami, FL, with more than six years in business, education, and service. Webertline works to make a difference in marginalized, disadvantaged, and underserved communities. She advocates for education equity, immigration reform, and economic development.
Webertline Dorlus strives to be a visionary leader, motivating and inspiring others to break barriers in the community. She is a graduate student at Johns Hopkins University and an MBA student at the University of Florida.
She is the founder and executive director of Successfully Her Inc. (SHI), an economic development nonprofit organization for young girls and women that helps them reach their definition of success through personal, economic, and professional development. SHI promotes financial literacy, increases job opportunities, and reduces crime rates.
In 2020, she received the Presidential Service Award at the University of Florida and will continue to be a beacon of light to the nation.
