Sterling Hardaway

Sterling Hardaway is a relationship builder and lifelong learner with a passion for making processes measurably better every day. Growing up in Mount Vernon, NY sparked his love for trains and buses which evolved into a strongly held belief that reliable and accessible public transit is essential to achieving equity for all.

While he has spent most of his 9-5 in customer success and operations roles across social impact and technology, he’s excited to spend more of his free time connecting to community leaders to make Chicago a thriving city for everyone.

Sterling is a proud alumnus of Marquette University earning his bachelor's degree in International Affairs. He sits on the board of Second Day and spends his personal time reading, tasting all of the awesome food Chicago has to offer, and playing tennis in the few months when it’s warm.
