Sharlisia Moore (she/her) an exceptional individual based in Longview, Texas. As the Founder/CEO of Your Unique Definition, a nonprofit organization, she draws inspiration from the complexity and distinctive traits of unique children. With a Bachelor's degree in business administration from AIU, Sharlisia has a solid educational foundation that complements her passion for making a difference.

Sharlisia is not only a Special Education Advocate but also a dedicated Human Rights Advocate. Her tireless efforts have positively impacted numerous individuals, promoting inclusivity and equal opportunities. Prior to her role as Founder/CEO, she served as a Campaign and Finance Manager for the Jefferson for Congress Campaign (Jrmar Jefferson), where she honed her strategic and organizational skills.
