Raymond Long
Raymond Long - 2024 NLC Arkansas Fellow
Raymond Omar Long began his social impact work by starting a youth development organization dedicated to comprehensive youth mentoring. He later became the program director for the Urban League of Arkansas, an organization committed to advancing economic and social well-being for Arkansans. Early in his career, Raymond emphasized cross-sector collaboration and served as the business retention and expansion director for the Little Rock Regional Chamber of Commerce. He was then named CEO of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Arkansas. He currently serves as the corporate giving program officer at Arkansas Blue Cross Blue Shield.
Raymond earned a bachelor's in business administration and graduated from Leadership Greater Little Rock Class 35. He has been recognized as a 40 Under 40 honoree by Arkansas Business Publishing Group, a Leader of Hope by AY Magazine, one of Arkansas' 250 Most Influential Leaders, and a Men on a Mission by Little Rock Soiree.
