Rashad Dudley - 2025 NLC Detroit Fellow

Rashad T. Dudley is the found of Black Boys Empowered, where he focuses on providing opportunities for minority youth in Detroit. With extensive experience in nonprofit management, youth development, restorative justice, and education, Rashad leverages his expertise to create impactful programs and initiatives. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Studies from Morehouse College, a Master of Science in Youth Development Leadership from Clemson University, and is currently pursuing an MBA in Entrepreneurship and Innovation at Wayne State University. Rashad has been recognized for his community work, including his acceptance into the YDRC’s Equity Accelerator for Youth Development and leading initiatives like adopting a road for Black Boys Empowered. In addition to his professional pursuits, Rashad is a children's book author.
