Patrick Udoewa

Patrick Udoewa is the COO of Doctor Locums Incorporated, founded in 2021. Patrick is also an independent IT consultant for healthcare organizations across the U.S. to integrate and implement electronic medical record (EMR) systems. He was previously the Director of Learning and Development at Acclara Solutions.

In the community Patrick served as the Executive Director of the Texas West Africa Chamber of Commerce and the Community Involvement Chair for the Houston Nigeria Cultural Parade. He also served on the City of Houston Millennial Advisory Board. Patrick is a 2003 initiate and “Life Member” of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity Incorporated. Patrick is a graduate of Leadership Houston class 38, as well as a graduate of Houston Black Leadership Institute (HBLI) Class 5, and a graduate of Acceler8 Class 2. A native of Houston, Texas, Patrick received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Advertising from Texas Tech.
