Nayah Harper

Nayah is a visionary leader committed to fostering social equity and collectivism. As founder of sociaLight, a social wellness collective addressing the loneliness epidemic, she creates meaningful spaces for community, creativity, and self-actualization.

A native New Yorker, Nayah’s values are shaped by the city’s vibrant diversity and its homogenous hubs, fueling her passion for racial equity and building inclusive communities rooted in connection. Her leadership philosophy emphasizes shared responsibility, lateral leadership, and leveraging connectivity to drive innovation and social change.

With a background in public health, social innovation, and community engagement, Nayah approaches systemic challenges with a multidisciplinary lens. As a National Urban Fellow with a Master’s in Policy Management from Georgetown University, she bridges community needs with impactful solutions.
