Monique Tinglin is a visionary leader dedicated to dismantling oppressive systems and creating opportunities for marginalized communities. From New York City to Washington, D.C., she has championed social justice, beginning with advocacy against the commercial sexual exploitation of children during high school and college.
Recognized for her pioneering work, Tinglin received the Princeton University Prize in Race Relations in 2013 and was named a National Young Woman of Distinction by Girl Scouts of the USA in 2014. Her professional journey includes public service fellowships with the United Nations, New York City Mayor's Office, Center for Court Innovation, and National Urban League.
Currently, she leads Allstate's philanthropic disaster response efforts and manages The Allstate Foundation's racial equity pillar, driving inclusive economic progress.
