Milton Rogers – Wisconsin

Milton Rogers (he/him) works diligently to ensure underserved and underrepresented groups are provided opportunities for economic advancement. He believes changing the narrative and trajectory of those individuals will ultimately impact the generation following, and will lead to exponential improvements in equity and diversity in our communities and workforce. Milton currently works in partnership with the Department of Workforce Development under the Department of Corrections, to expand apprenticeship opportunities to justice-involved individuals. Milton lives in Madison, Wisconsin and is enjoying the adventure of being a new father to his son. He is originally from Stockton, California where he first learned about true leadership from his uncle, a small business owner, and mentor.
