With 15 years of experience in higher education, Melanie Pagán has contributed to prestigious institutions, including Harvard, Yale, Columbia, and The George Washington University. A dedicated leader, researcher, and consultant, Melanie focuses on fostering equity and inclusion.
Melanie holds a Master’s in Education and Human Development from The George Washington University, a Master’s in Higher Education Administration from Baruch College, and a Bachelor’s in Art History and Sociology from Bradley University. Her research explores the intersection of race, disability, and identity in graduate education, with a focus on supporting students of color with disabilities.
An advocate for diverse voices, Melanie has led initiatives like the ACPA Latinx Network and Yale Latino Networking Group. Recognized for her impact, her work reflects a commitment to meaningful change.
