Maximiliano Prado - 2025 NLC South TX Frontera Fellow

Maximiliano Prado (he/him) is the Internal Affairs Coordinator of the Network for Opportunity, Progress, Advocacy, and Liberation (N.O.P.A.L.), a mutual aid organization based in Laredo, Texas. He advocates for several local causes through N.O.P.A.L. and other community organizations. A first-generation American, Max's parents were born in southern Mexico. He graduated from Texas A&M International University with a bachelor's degree in political science and a master’s degree in criminal justice. He aspires to become a lawyer to support his community through the law. In his free time, Max enjoys the outdoors, reading poetry, and working out to de-stress. He remains dedicated to creating a lasting and positive impact on the community he serves.
