Mar'Tavius Proctor - 2024 NLC Arkansas Fellow

For many years, Mar’Tavius Proctor has been a noteworthy leader in the Pine Bluff community. In 2017, he graduated from the Teen Academy Program, hosted by the Federal Bureau of Investigation. In 2018, he went on to complete another FBI-hosted program. In 2019, he graduated from Dollarway High School and began his collegiate career studying Criminal Justice at Southeast Arkansas College. After completing two semesters, Mar’Tavius transferred to the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff to continue his studies. Recently, he worked as an intern for the Pine Bluff Police Department and as a legislative intern for the Democratic Party of Arkansas. At UAPB, he serves in several leadership roles as part of the Student Government Association and as a proud member of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Incorporated.

Mar’Tavius believes in serving his community by building a coalition to invest in the youth and ensure the growth of his community.
