Marnelli Canosa

Marnelli is an instructional designer and project manager with a background in education, learners with disabilities, and community organizing. She has worked in education, recreation, educational technology, and union spaces as a leader and educator. Marnelli has organized for 7+ years starting at SJSU’s Filipino cultural org, Akbayan, to volunteering and partaking in programs with LEAD Filipino and serving on the Filipino Alumni Network Board from 2022-2023. She is currently the Health Equity and Outreach Coordinator at L.E.A.D Filipino.

This past year, she spearheaded their local Get Out The Filipino Vote Campaign, a non partisan effort to turn out low propensity FilAm Voters in Santa Clara County. For 2025, she leading efforts to address disparities in Filipina/x/o and FilAm physical and mental health.
