Maribel Gamon

Maribel is a versatile public health professional, adept at collaborating within multidisciplinary teams to drive innovation in healthcare products and programs. In her current role as a Product Manager at Health Care Service Corporation she is responsible for guiding the success of the digital member hub, where thousands of members connect to resources for navigating their healthcare journey.

She strives for being a catalyst for change by championing health equity, addressing social determinants of health, and low health literacy in all spaces she is a part of. Maribel is a first-generation Latina college graduate from Marquette University where she studied Biomedical Sciences and Spanish Literature before returning to her hometown, Chicago, and completing her Master’s in Public Health at UIC School of Public Health.

Currently, she lives in Pilsen and is looking forward to building partnerships and connecting with other professionals advancing all things public health.
