Mariama N'Diaye - 2025 NLC Atlanta Fellow
Mariama N'Diaye (she/her) is a Senegalese-American designer and innovator. She firmly believes in centering care and equity in everything she does. In her current role with the City of Atlanta, she works to harness innovative and community-centered solutions that drive climate action by tackling the racial wealth divide. Mariama attended the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and graduated with a dual Master's in City Planning and a Master's in Business Administration. Before attending MIT, Mariama was a Fulbright Scholar researching how different city agencies were engaging with local immigrant communities in Milan, Chief of Staff at venture-backed clean beauty company Ami Cole, and a pro-bono consultant to municipal governments globally. Mariama enjoys traveling, reducing waste, listening to stories, being with family, and eating delicious food.
