Makaila Jackson

Makaila Jackson (she/her) is a dedicated educator and Detroit native committed to shaping young minds and fostering academic excellence. With two years of experience in education, she has always prioritized giving back to the youth, inspired by her background and personal journey. A proud graduate of Cass Technical High School, Makaila pursued higher education at Spelman College, earning her undergraduate degree in Health Science, and later received her Master’s in Biomedical Science from Barry University. Her passion for dentistry fuels her aspirations to serve communities in need of accessible oral healthcare. Outside of her career, she enjoys ceramics, using it as a therapeutic outlet to promote mental health.
