Mackenzi Foreman is a Licensed Certified Social Worker and maternal mental health advocate in Little Rock, Arkansas. She believes that all birthing people should have access to quality maternal mental health care and education. In addition to this, she believes that by addressing social determinates of health and providing education to birthing people, they are less likely to experience a postpartum mood and anxiety disorder. Mackenzi is the owner of Holding Space Counseling, LLC where she specializes in maternal mental health. She is a proud alumni of Philander Smith University and the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.
Mackenzi recently got married and has been joying spending time with her husband and bonus son. When she is not working, Mackenzi enjoys baking, reading, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
