Lanre Faderin

Lanre is a seasoned leader with expertise in strategic operations, currently serving as the Director of West Wing Operations for Vice President Kamala Harris. She has a distinguished track record of driving process improvements, overseeing high-stakes initiatives, and cultivating key partnerships to achieve impactful results.

Before joining the Biden-Harris Administration, Lanre was a member of the executive team at the Center for American Progress, where she provided direct support to the President and CEO. Prior to that, she served as a Senior Legal Assistant in the General Counsel’s Office and gained valuable experience as a Paralegal at a prominent litigation law firm in Washington, D.C.

A native of Ellicott City, Maryland, Lanre is a proud graduate of the University of Maryland, College Park.
