Khadija Doukali - 2025 NLC New Jersey Fellow

Khadija Doukali is a dedicated public servant currently working as a Constituent Relations Specialist with the New Jersey Assembly Majority Office. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Political Science from York College of Pennsylvania, where her passion for advocacy and community engagement took root. During her time at York, Khadija joined CASA and CASA in Action, organizations championing immigrant rights, and played a key role in voter mobilization efforts during the pivotal 2020 Senate runoff election in Atlanta, Georgia. After graduating college, she began working for a state senate race in Boulder, Colorado. Growing up with an Immigrant father from Morocco, Khadija saw first-hand the struggles faced by the immigrant community which inspired her to get involved.
