Kaylin Nguyen

Kaylin Nguyen (she/her) is an education advocate and empathy-driven thinker. She discovered her passion for supporting young people's education while serving her hometown of Perth Amboy as an AmeriCorps mentor for at-risk youth. As a first-generation graduate from Rutgers University ('19), Kaylin is motivated by a genuine desire to benefit the student audience targeted by the loan service industry.

She works as a strategic analyst and product owner for Sallie Mae's Digital Experience Product team. She currently enables data tracking on digital platforms, providing insights that inform decisions to alleviate confusion in the educational funding journey and, ultimately, reduce student loan debt.

Recently, she achieved a Data Science and Machine Learning Certification from MIT to understand the accurate and ethical utilization of generative AI. Committed to reducing financial and technological disparities, Kaylin strives to empower underserved communities, fostering informed decision-making and equitable opportunities.
