Kayla Davis

Kayla Davis is a Columbus Native & a mother of one. Ms. Davis is the Executive Director of a local nonprofit called A Step in the Right Direction. She has grown the organization and served over 5,000+ individuals over 3 years. Kayla Davis spends her life pouring into others through her position. She has served in various positions in social services, including her other role leading the Crisis Program Manager at Huckleberry House, Inc. Ms. Davis has learned various skills in leadership, event planning, programming, budgeting, and administration over the past ten years. Ms. Davis chose to continue her higher education. She completed her undergrad (B.S. Criminal Justice Administration ’18) and grad (MPA ’22) from Franklin University. When she is not serving her community, she enjoys spending time with her son.
