Kamilah Van

Kamilah Van (She/Her) is a nonprofit and public relations leader. She believes in eliminating the stigma of mental health services. In her current role at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Broward County, she supports school-based mentoring. Hailing from the vibrant city of Miramar, FL, embodies the true essence of a compassionate leader. Through countless trials and triumphs, her family and friends have been her pillars of strength, reinforcing her commitment to service with empathy, excellence, and trust. She received her Bachelor's degree in communication from Florida Gulf Coast University and her Master's degree in Higher Education Administration from Barry University.
