Joshua De Leon

Josh De Leon (he/him) is a community organizer and cross-sector changemaker for equity and justice. In his current role as a senior consultant in diversity, equity, and inclusion, Josh has led comprehensive equity assessments of major companies and facilitated transformative workshops for hundreds of participants. As an organizer and activist, he is deeply involved in building collective power for Filipino/a/x and BIPOC workers, and he is active in several local coalitions around issues such as environmental justice and anti-surveillance. Josh was raised in Long Beach, California and is the proud son of immigrant parents. He holds a bachelor's degree in International Relations and a master's degree in Modern Thought and Literature from Stanford University.
