Jonathan Allen

Jonathan Ladelle Allen (he/him) is an advocate for the equitable advancement of all people. He believes that every person deserves a reasonably equitable opportunity at success. In his current role as Dean of Students, he works to build a culture of achievement and opportunity. Jonathan attended Wilberforce University. He has a bachelor's degree in Sociology with a minor in Political Science. In 2021 he was recognized in the city of Detroit as one of the top 40 people under 40 in community and career. Jonathan now lives in Columbus, OH where he spends his time volunteering as a member of the NAACP as well as continuing his work as Regional Director for T.E.A.M. Grizzlies.

Jonathan grew up in Dayton, OH. He is a lifelong advocate for all people, young people in particular, and looks forward to making an impact in the community he loves.
