Jin-Soo Huh

Jin-Soo Huh is an experienced educator and advocate. He spent over a decade as a math teacher and school system leader. In these roles, he supported the implementation and scaling of innovative, instructional models that incorporated student-centered learning. In his current role at The Learning Accelerator, he forges partnerships with schools and organizations across the country to document and cultivate innovative practices. Most recently, he led the development of an equity-centered edtech processes guide and supported districts in strengthening their edtech processes. He also shares insights as a columnist for Edsurge.

In addition to his work in education, Huh serves as the chair of Chicago's Mayoral LGBTQ+ Advisory Council and is an alumnus of the Victory Empowerment Fellowship. He is actively involved with LGBTQ+, AAPI, and education advocacy groups including Equality Illinois, LGBTQ+ Victory Fund, Asian American Midwest Progressives, and Education Leaders of Color.
