Jeremiah Carter – Tallahassee
Jeremiah L. Carter (he/him) is an award-winning community advocate who seeks to transform individuals to be the next leaders of tomorrow. He works for Florida Agency for Healthcare as a Market Research Analyst in the Florida Center for Health Information and Transparency Section, Division of Health Quality Assurance in Tallahassee. Jeremiah attended Broward College, where he obtained an Associate of Arts Degree. In 2016 he was awarded the Broward College "Community Partnership Award." In 2020 he was also recognized as one of Broward College's "Inspiring Alumni." Jeremiah furthered his education at Florida A&M University, where he earned his bachelor's degree. As an undergraduate student, he served as the Student Government Attorney General and later served as a Senior Senator. He was appointed to serve on the Florida A&M University Legislative Advisory Council. Jeremiah enjoys building up his community and making it a better place for people to live. Jeremiah is currently pursuing a Master of Applied Social Science with a Concentration in Public Administration at Florida A&M University. He is a passionate musician, and he is using talents at First Baptist Church of Tallahassee, where he sings in the Sanctuary Choir and plays in the Bells of Praise Handbell Choir.
