Jake Medley

Jake Killian Medley (he/his) is a public servant for Louisville Metro Government. He's passionate about many things, two of which include environmental justice and healthcare advocacy. Through his job in economic development, he's also grown an appreciation for those fighting for better labor conditions and fair pay. Born in raised in Louisville, Jake went to Centre College and graduated with a degree in Government & Politics in 2015. Shortly after, he moved to the San Francisco Bay Area, where he spent most of twenties hiking the region and making cool memories (aka goofing off).

He returned to Louisville in 2021, and has been enjoying life back home, despite the post-pandemic hangover. In his free time, Jake enjoys the outdoors, good beer, and being the fun uncle to an assortment of pups. His favorite movie is Nacho Libre.
