Jace Peterkin - 2025 NLC Maryland Fellow

Jace Peterkin, is a Baltimore native and a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. He also holds a B.A. in Philosophy, Law, and Ethics from the University of Baltimore and an A.A. in General Studies from the Community College of Baltimore County.

Currently, Jace serves as a Judicial Law Clerk with the Maryland Judiciary. Before this role, he gained extensive experience on the state, local, and federal levels, leveraging his legal expertise to shape impactful policy decisions.

Through publications with Touro Law Center, and CLASP, Jace has explored topics such as AI in education, equity-driven policies, and preventive mental health care. He continues to leverage his skills and experiences to advocate for students with learning disabilities and create lasting social impact.
