Haleemah Atobiloye - 2025 NLC Columbus Fellow

Haleemah Atobiloye is a Columbus-based social scientist working at the intersection of public health, social justice, and policy advocacy. Her career spans designing entrepreneurship programs for low-income students in Nigeria, leading state-funded projects like the California Initiative to Prevent Breast Cancer in Immigrants, and serving as Program Manager at Breast Cancer Action, where she helped pass the Lymphedema Treatment Act. In 2023, she received the Societal Impact Award for her dedication to systemic change.

Haleemah holds a BA in Communication, an MA in International Development Studies, and is pursuing an MBA in Healthcare Administration. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, observing the quirky lives of squirrels, and creating what she considers hilarious TikTok videos that will never leave her drafts.
