Emily Kibbe

Emily Anne Kibbe (she/her) is a passionate legislative staffer in the Massachusetts House of Representatives. Raised in Northern California, but proud to call Massachusetts her new home, Emily comes to NLC with a commitment to fostering social and political change rooted in equity, justice, and community. As a lead organizer with the Massachusetts State House Employee Union and a climate activist, Emily's interests lie at the intersection of labor rights, gender equity, and organizing for a just and sustainable future. Emily graduated from Tufts University in 2020 with a BA in Political Science, with a concentration on gender and environmental politics.

In 2021, she received a Masters of Science from the London School of Economics in Gender, Policy, & Social Inequalities. Emily is excited to meet cross-sector leaders through NLC and cultivate a network of similarly passionate, hard-working advocates.
