Elianna Lippold-Johnson

Elianna Lippold-Johnson (she/her) is a passionate advocate for social justice with experience in communications, community organizing, and education. Currently a cofounder and co-leader of Southwest Alliance for Equity in Minneapolis, she has dedicated her career to building civic engagement and championing systemic change. Her work as a political campaign manager reflects her strong organizational and leadership skills, overseeing campaign operations and communications while ensuring voter engagement. Elianna’s background as a middle school teacher further demonstrates her commitment to community. In addition to her hands-on political and educational work, Elianna is a trained racial justice facilitator and grassroots organizer. Elianna’s passion for social justice is matched by her dedication to her two children.
