Eboni Peoples

Eboni Peoples is the Managing Director of Empiric Solutions and serves as the Director of Programs and Community Engagement for a local non-profit organization. Collaborating closely with government agencies and building partnerships with community-based organizations, Eboni is dedicated to enhancing community health, particularly in disenfranchised neighborhoods.

Currently pursuing her MD, Eboni holds a Bachelor's and Master’s degree from the University of Florida, along with an MBA from Louisiana State University. Recognized as one of Miami’s '40 Under 40 Leaders of Today and Tomorrow,' she has been acknowledged for her advocacy and social justice leadership with the NAACP Miami-Dade Branch.

A Miami native with a global perspective, Eboni has explored 35 countries, immersing herself in diverse cultures. With a robust background in community outreach and program management, she brings adaptability and enthusiasm to her work.
