Dr. Jaiemz Williams - 2025 NLC Arkansas Fellow
Dr. Jaiemz Williams is an adjunct professor of Philosophy and Religion at Philander Smith University. A philosopher by nature, Dr. Williams is also a long-time clergyman, having served in various ecumenical roles for nearly 20 years. A native son of Shreveport, Louisiana, Dr. Williams currently calls Central Arkansas home. His formal education includes a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Arkansas and a Master's Degree from Walden University. He takes immense pride in his earned doctorate of Adult Education; focusing on student engagement through enhanced instruction. Additionally, for the past 10 years, Dr. Williams has served the local education community. As an education consultant, director of an education center, and college professor, Dr. Williams has facilitated innovative instruction for both traditional and non-traditional learners.
