Dana Wrann

Dana is an educator and active community member. She is passionate about advocating for educational opportunities and civil rights that allow for all humans to live a fulfilled life. Originally from New York City, Dana received a B.A. in Sociology before moving to San Antonio to serve with City Year. She started teaching through Teach for America and after ten years in the classroom is now the Executive Director of Leadership SAISD. Dana has a M.Ed. in Ed Leadership from UTSA and is on the board of Radical Registrars. Dana is an active member of social and professional groups in San Antonio and spends her free time with her soccer team, attending local art and community events, traveling, and hanging with her dogs.
