Crystal Higginbotham

Crystal L. Higginbotham (she/her) is a product manager, entrepreneur, and healthcare advocate. She believes every woman, particularly women of color, deserves access to mammograms and respectful care when addressing changes in their health. At Aetna, Crystal develops innovative solutions for musculoskeletal (MSK) and diabetes care to improve health outcomes.

A proud alumna of Michigan Technology University, she holds a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering and Scientific and Technical Communications. Raised in Detroit and a graduate of Cass Tech High School, Crystal is deeply connected to her roots.

As a loving wife, daughter, and supportive sister, Crystal’s advocacy is deeply personal. As a three-time breast cancer survivor, she channels her resilience into empowering others and is committed to making a lasting impact in her community.
