Cori Shearer

Born somewhere in between central Pennsylvania’s chocolate factories, cheesesteaks, and Amish country, raised in a single-parent household, Cori (She/Her) embarked on her first entrepreneurial adventure at a very early age. Cori's first business, headquartered in her elementary school cubby, became her first successful enterprise and resulted in her first and only trip to the school's principal and a dividend for her first angel investor, her grandpa. A rooted resident in San Francisco, Cori leads a product team at Headspace by day and moonlights as a small business owner and instructor at Product School. When shes's away from the keyboard, she serves as a leader of several organizations centered around equity and justice. Through service, she aims to empower others to identify and respond to oppression and inequality, to bring about fundamental change in social systems and a life-long commitment to social responsibility. A recovering overachiever, Cori promotes being over doing.
