Brooke Thedford
Management Consultant and Real Estate Investor, Accenture
Brooke Thedford is a management consultant at the global technology consulting firm, Accenture, where she co-creates and co-innovates with Accenture’s public service clients. In addition to her project responsibilities, Brooke serves in many roles: Co-Lead of the St. Louis African-American Employee Resource Group (AAERG), St. Louis Market Lead and the MW Talent & Organizational (T&O)/Human Potential Functional Lead for the Midwest Ventures Ambassadors Program. She recently joined the PMO Team for the Global I&D Team and was previously on the Marketing Team for Accenture’s Wealth Creation Community of Practice. While Brooke is currently heavily involved with her firm, she has always pursued opportunities to improve the lives of the St. Louis community. Post college, Brooke served as an AmeriCorps Fellow in City Year Tulsa providing English intervention strategies to 4th grade students. In 2015, she educated 3rd-5th grade students at Mann Elementary and Upward Bound high school students in East St. Louis as a Blueprint Schools Math Fellow. Brooke’s students motivated her to pursue a Global MBA at Georgia State University to transform corporations’ diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies and demonstrate to her students that you can attain any career you want. Brooke is an enthusiastic believer, encourager, and social innovator. With curiosity and intentionality, she is determined to remove limitations and barriers for the underrepresented in the areas of economic empowerment and inclusion and health and wellness.
