Ayanna Warrington

Ayanna is a servant-leader who is passionate about eliminating racial inequities in the U.S. workforce. She recently received her MBA and Master's of Public Administration from the Wharton School and Harvard Kennedy School, respectively. Her studies and research focused on equitable workforce development solutions. Before school, Ayanna worked as a DEI consultant for Deloitte where she co-authored two thought pieces on inclusive leadership during times of crisis and supporting the Black workforce. Currently, she works as a Chief People Officer-in-Residence at Alpine Investors.

Ayanna is a Baltimore, MD native who loves to travel, plan events, and tackle ambitious do-it-yourself projects.
