Ashley Knox – Omaha

Ashley Knox is a Creative Consultant, Community Connector, and Storyteller. Her passion lies in bringing visions to life, highlighting the amazing talent and deeds of those working hard in her community and providing access and space for those around her to come together and flourish. She currently owns The Production Room, a creative space that caters to local artists, creatives, and business owners seeking guidance, development, and resources. She also heads up Identity by Design Mag, a platform aimed at shedding light on the hidden gems in the city. Ashley began her journey studying Marketing with an Advertising and Communication emphasis. She has an in-depth understanding of how art and community co-exist with and complement each other. She has initiated and helped jumpstart several brands, projects, and companies in the city, including Doers & Dreamers (2018), TPR Pop Up Shops (2020), Selfie Spot Omaha (2020), D&D Frozen Cakes (2020), and Omaha North Elite Basketball League (2021). Ashley opened her creative studio in October 2018 and planned to continue to utilize it for innovative growth in the community. Ashley enjoys exploring her creative mind and talents. Between storytelling, creating fun and aesthetically pleasing visuals, she also loves to paint. Mental Health education is essential to her as well as spreading light and helping people find theirs. 'We all have our light,' she says, 'sometimes we just need a little spark to make it shine bright.'
