Ashley Hodges - 2025 NLC Atlanta Fellow
Ashley Hodges (she/they) is an Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Practitioner and Black Studies Scholar. Currently, they serve as a Senior Project Manager in the City of Atlanta Mayor's Office of Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion. Ashley is deeply committed to advancing equity for their neighbors in Atlanta and beyond.
Beyond their role at the City, Ashley wants to contribute to making the world a place where everyone can thrive, regardless of their complex identities. They aim to do so by prioritizing the voices of those most deeply impacted. Guided by the words of Toni Morrison, Ashley is constantly reminded that this work is about ""making a difference about something other than yourselves.""
Ashley received her Bachelor’s degree in African American Studies from Princeton University in 2021.
