Ashley Guerrero

Ashley Guerrero, raised in the East Bay, became the first in her family to graduate from college, earning a B.A. in Political Science with minors in Legal Studies and Public Administration from San José State University. Growing up in a mixed immigration-status family, she is passionate about policies that uplift her community.

Ashley began her career as an intern with the City of San José, later serving as a Community Relations and Policy Aide. She has led community advocacy, organized cultural events, and worked as a Public Information Representative at Valley Water. She is a Fundraising, Events, and Policy Associate for Catalyze Silicon Valley. In her free time, Ashley enjoys coffee, movies, and volunteering as Membership Director for the Silicon Valley Young Democrats.
