Annette Dangerfield
Annette Dangerfield - 2024 NLC Kentucky Fellow
Annette Dangerfield lives and works in Louisville, KY. She is a project manager for Louisville Metro Government in the Office of the Mayor and is currently working on an implementation plan for universal pre-k. She has worked for Louisville Metro since 2019, starting as an AmeriCorps VISTA at Jefferson Memorial Forest. She then transitioned to the Office of Performance Improvement, where she became a Certified Associate Project Manager. She graduated from Berea College in 2016 with a degree in Sustainable Community Development and received her master’s degree in human geography from the University of Ireland. Her local community is important to her, so she serves as an Ambassador for the Young Professionals Association of Louisville (YPAL) and completed YPAL’s Emerging Leaders Program in spring 2023. She has three beloved cats and enjoys hiking, playing board games with friends, and recreating gluten free versions of Great British Baking Show treats.
