She/Her

Anjenica "Nikki" Ramos - 2025 NLC Silicon Valley Fellow

Nikki is an interdisciplinary civic designer who integrates behavioral science with social good. By day, she serves future Americans by using human-centered research and service design for refugee-asylum immigration software. By night, she’s in between community side quests, stretching towards her 350th yoga class, or losing sleep tracking international motorsports.

She hails from Philippines and the 925 - Pittsburg (no H), CA, and is a first-gen graduate of UCLA, where she got her start advocating for underserved student populations. She’s an alumni of the U.S. Digital Corps Fellowship, Kultivate Labs’ Brownthought Academy, and LEAD Filipino’s Awareness in Action Program, which shaped her drive to use design for people-first government tech.

She’s also the personal assistant to an outspoken calico cat who likes to join her calls.
