Angelina Cortez (she/her) is a paralegal student from Harlingen, Texas, driven by a passion for social change and public service. Raised by a single mother, Angelina understands the importance of community support and has always been driven to make a positive impact in her surroundings. Her deep commitment to civic engagement is reflected in her volunteer work and involvement with political organizations. Angelina’s interest in law was solidified during her internship in Washington, D.C., where she gained firsthand experience in the political and legal fields. This experience inspired her to pursue a career in law, with aspirations of attending law school. Angelina enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and her dog, Rocco. She loves to read and is a huge fan of horror movies.
