Amelia De Paola

Amelia De Paola (she/her) is passionate about the intersection of technology, civic engagement and healthcare. After earning her B.A. at Georgetown—where she also worked as an emergency medical technician (EMT) —she accrued experience in reproductive health advocacy, responsible investing, and venture capital centered on women’s health. Amelia subsequently obtained her MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management, leading voter registration drives for business students and on-campus fundraising for abortion access in the wake of the Dobbs decision. Currently, she works as the VP of Growth & Strategy at Radicle Health, where she helps scale mission-critical human services software companies. Originally from Fair Haven, NJ, Amelia now lives in Kendall Square with her partner Max. When Amelia isn’t at work on the issues that matter to her, she can be found on her daily walk along the Charles River Esplanade, cooking plant-based meals with her family, or watching Survivor.
