Amber Booth-McCoy, a Little Rock, Arkansas native, is a renowned leader in diversity, equity, and inclusion, with a decade-long legacy in transforming higher education, healthcare, and academic medicine. At Arkansas' premier academic research center, she significantly influenced internal policy as a diversity consultant. Amber also imparts her wisdom as an adjunct faculty at the Clinton School of Public Service since 2021.

In 2017, Amber founded The Diversity Booth, Inc. (TDB), an innovative consultancy firm specializing in inclusive culture. As CEO and Board Chairperson, she guides TDB in creating equitable environments for diverse global clients. Her influence extends as a published author and TEDx speaker.

Above all, Amber values her role as a mother, considering it her most rewarding pursuit. She is driven by a vision for a future where happiness and opportunity are unobstructed by discrimination, tirelessly working towards a more equitable and inclusive tomorrow.
