Alyson Rodway

Alyson Rodway is a Senior Lab Coordinator at Hennepin Healthcare Research Institute, specializing in healthcare coordination, operations, and research. With a focus on improving patient outcomes and advancing healthcare innovation, she leads cross-functional initiatives at the Health Homelessness and Criminal Justice Lab. She is passionate about public health, chronic disease prevention, and increasing healthcare access. Alyson holds a Master of Public Health from St. Mary’s University of Minnesota and a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Texas A&M University. She is actively engaged in community organizations such as TC Food Justice, The Minneapolis Housing Advisory Committee and Leadership Twin Cities.
